When a client pays for an audit, they are not paying for the hours. They are paying for the signature. Same logic here. You are not paying for software minutes or user seats. You are paying for what shows up on the file and what stands behind it.
The chain of custody. The knowledge base loaded with your methodology. The verification mark that makes the QC review shorter and the regulator inspection less tense. And the professional judgement that stayed entirely with your partners.
A small platform base for always-on costs, plus a per-engagement fee that scales with three things: scope (which procedures run), coverage depth (full population, partial, or declared sampling), and verification grade (standard or premium for listed-entity and high-risk files).
Exact numbers come out of the intro call. A fifty-partner firm doing complex audits looks nothing like an eight-partner firm doing owner-managed work, and a published rate card would be wrong for both. Book the call. Numbers on the table inside thirty minutes.
Per-seat pricing is a fiction inherited from enterprise software. A partner who signs fifty files generates more value and more risk than one who signs eight. A seat-based fee charges them the same.
Per-file scales with revenue. You pay more on engagements where you charge more, less where the fee is tight. The cost is recoverable as a line item on the engagement fee. You can model ROI at the file level. Which engagements gained margin, which gained coverage, which gained both.
Implementation. Custom connectors (first one is usually on us). Training. Support. Awkward questions.
This is a 30-minute working session with your data, not ours. No slide deck, no product tour. We run a live file through the platform, show you every receipt, mark and gate in the chain, and you ask the awkward questions.
This session works best for audit-active firms running 20 or more engagements a year. If you are earlier stage, use the message field to tell us and we will suggest the right starting point.
The fee reflects the file, not a per-seat fantasy.
